Thank you for your interest in booking with me! Please take a few moments to review my process and see if it's the right fit for you. Every trip is unique, and we can always tailor it to fit your needs.
How It Works
Reach Out
Start by filling out the intake form, so I can learn more about you, your travel ideas, and to see if we're a good fit.
Once I receive the form, I'll come back to you within 48 hours with any follow up questions and next steps.
Intro Call & Trip Curation
I'll schedule an initial call to learn more about your trip, and we'll start the planning. I'll come back to you with customized recommendations for your accommodations, or a full service itinerary if that is your preference. You can be as involved or hands off as you want - what’s most important is planning the perfect trip for you.
Throughout the design process, we'll be in contact via email, texts or scheduled calls. This allows me to gather your feedback and share ideas with you along the way.
Itinerary Design
Once we’ve identified the ideal selections for you, I will make reservations for accommodations, air travel, and if we’ve decided to work on a full itinerary together, we'll move ahead with booking activities, restaurants, etc.
If using the itinerary services, I'll create a customer digital itinerary for you to use while traveling, so you can see your day-to-day itinerary on the go.

Your trip is finally here! Before you leave, I'll be in touch to confirm that we are all set to go.
I'll be available if anything comes up, but will also provide emergency phone numbers in the chance you need immediate assistance or we're in opposite timezones.
